When you request information we collect your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, household size, age and estimated household income. We also collect basic technical data (browser type, pages viewed and ad click identifiers) to measure our advertising.

How we use it

To have a licensed agent contact you about health coverage options by call, text and email, as you agreed on our form.
To help you compare and enroll in a plan if you choose to.
To measure and improve our ads and website.

Calls and texts

If you agree on our form, we may call and text you, including with automated technology and prerecorded or artificial voices. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or ask the agent to stop calling.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with insurance carriers and service providers needed to quote or enroll you in a plan you choose, and as required by law.
